Project-based
We engage by launch, not by retainer. Each project has clear deliverables, a fixed timeline, and a defined conversion goal.
Spiety was founded in 2019 as a focused design studio for the people building things on the internet. Funnels, brands, digital products — work that has to perform, not just look good. Seven years and 150+ launches later, we still operate the same way: small team, deep ownership, every project built with conversion as the brief.
Before Spiety existed, there was a single project — a launch funnel built under a tight seven-day window. The design wasn't fancy. The copy was direct. The funnel did $35K. That was the moment the studio's philosophy was born: design isn't decoration, it's the system that converts.
Spiety Technologies was incorporated. What started as a one-person practice became a structured studio — developers, designers, and strategists working together on launch ecosystems. The first year alone, the studio shipped funnels for some of India's most recognized digital product creators.
By 2021, the studio was working with operators worldwide — from SaaS founders in North America to course creators in Europe. The approach scaled, but the philosophy didn't change. Every project, regardless of size, got the same launch-pressure execution and the same conversion-led design discipline.
Today, Spiety is intentionally small. We work with a handful of founders per quarter, treat each project as a launch in its own right, and ship work that has to perform — because performance is the only metric our clients actually care about.
Every project starts with the conversion goal — not the visual direction. Design serves that goal. If something looks good but doesn't move the number, it's not finished.
A page that loads in four seconds is a page that doesn't convert. We treat performance optimization as part of the design process, not a developer's afterthought.
We don't ship 'when it's ready.' We ship by the launch window — because launches don't reschedule for designers.
We work as an extension of the founder's team during the launch window. Calls happen on launch day. Iterations happen in hours, not weeks.
Project-based engagement with a launch-cycle mindset. No retainer fluff, no discovery theatre, no agency overhead. Just the work, shipped on time.
/// Amit Verma · FounderAmit Verma founded Spiety in 2019. Before that, he spent years inside the launch ecosystems of India's most prolific digital product creators — building funnels for SaaS founders, course creators, and JVZoo operators where every conversion mattered.
His approach is hybrid by design — a B.Tech in computer science that informs the technical side, paired with seven years of direct exposure to conversion psychology, funnel optimization, and launch dynamics. The combination is rare. Most agencies have designers who don't understand conversion, or marketers who can't ship code. Spiety's leadership has both.
Outside of client work, Amit has launched his own digital products on JVZoo, experimented with AI-powered creative workflows, and mentored emerging operators in the funnel design space. He writes occasionally about funnel architecture, conversion design, and internet-native business systems.
We engage by launch, not by retainer. Each project has clear deliverables, a fixed timeline, and a defined conversion goal.
Most projects ship in 14-28 days. Larger launch ecosystems take longer. Either way, the launch window is the deadline.
We take a handful of clients per quarter. This isn't artificial scarcity — it's how we keep launch-window attention on every project.
Funnel projects start at $4,000. Complete launch ecosystems run higher. We quote per project after understanding the scope.
Funnels shipped across SaaS, digital products, and creator economies.
Coordinated product launches, from $10K micro-launches to seven-figure releases.
Continuously operating since 2019 with the same core team.
Currently booking projects for Q3. Limited slots per quarter.
