OpenClaw Cracked is the launch funnel for an AI workforce platform — pitched as the lifetime-deal moment for a product that's otherwise heading toward a recurring model. The funnel had to compress a complex AI-automation pitch into a single converting argument before the lifetime window closed.

The challenge.
AI tools have a credibility problem at launch. Buyers have seen too many over-promised AI products that fail to ship. The funnel needed to demonstrate the platform's actual capability — building AI workers that replace operational headcount — without slipping into the hype register that the category is drowning in.
How we built it.
We led with the specific operational moment OpenClaw replaces. The hero focused on revenue and execution speed, not feature lists. The OTO sequence revealed deeper capabilities only after the buyer was already sold on the core promise. Lifetime-deal scarcity was structured to convert without feeling manipulative.
