RankBamboo
RankBamboo is the SaaS site that took over after the launch window closed. Where the launch funnel was built for a single conversion event, this site had to convert cold traffic into trials and demo bookings — every day, for as long as the platform runs.

The challenge.
Launch funnels and recurring SaaS sites have opposite jobs. The launch funnel converts on urgency. The SaaS site has to convert without it — by establishing category leadership, demonstrating the product's actual capability, and offering a low-friction first step. Reusing the launch design wouldn't work.
How we built it.
We rebuilt the front door around two paths: trial start for self-serve buyers, demo call for agencies and enterprises. The hero leads with the specific outcome (AI search visibility), not the feature stack. Proof is structured around real user counts and traffic deltas. The result is a site that converts both audiences without choosing one.
